I received my FitBit Charge 3 SE last Thursday and I've been using it for four days now. It worked perfectly and I love the features (which is why I bought it), however...
I charged my device yesterday the first time since it was on around 45% battery after 2,5 days usage. Today I got a low battery alert around 2pm, the charge had lasted only for 26 hours? Then I charged it again and decided to reboot it because I found a suggestion to do that from another thread in this forum. Well, the charge dropped from 100% to 90% within 5 minutes. What is this?
I absolutely love the device but I'm pretty sure that the battery shouldn't be this bad only after using it for four days. I have been charging it by using my old iPhone's USB charger, it's the only USB charger I have at the moment. I've already contacted the store where I bought this device from and asked if the warranty could help me or if I could change this to another product from another producer. I haven't yet decided what to do but I'm really disappointed and it seems that this is a really common problem. Please help me!

My battery never last more than a few hours. I just got it yesterday and it died twice already...so disappointed. Ugh.

I have had mine for over two years and all of a sudden it’s having battery issues. I think it was a software update that is killing all the batteries. Hopefully they will get this fixed soon. See how so many people are having the same issue all this week? Crazy

A software update could actually explain this since this problem is so common and it seems to have appeared recently (as you said, all this week). I hope that they would come up with a new update that would fix this because I really don't believe that all of these devices would become faulty at the same time.
