The top of my Charge 3 screen isn't working and now it has developed broken lines across the screen.  I have tried restarting and it didn't make any difference, and then I tried a complete restart as per instructions on previous posts but the charge 3 just comes up with a smiley face so isn't completely restarting.  I have tried rebooting the watch itself under settings but that doesn't seem to do anything.  What else can I try?

I am having same problem but mine was flashing and vibrating randomly. Tried resetting did not work.

Cleaned charger and watch as suggested, this did not work.  Will not charge in any setting.

Received this as gift for Christmas. Hopefully still under warranty.
