Charge 3 SmartTrack and syncing issues

Hello everyone! 


I have had problems for a few weeks now. My Fitbit doesn't recognize the exercise. It would tell me how many minutes I have had active (it is normally more than 30) but wouldn't register as exercise. It used to do that before. 


Also at moment it doesn't sync. I have tried several times to restart my phone/update/delete and install the app again but nothing works.

Welcome to the Community, @Mrsrauf.

Thanks for troubleshooting this syncing issue. If your tracker isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.

Now about SmartTrack, if your activities aren't recognized, lower the auto-exercise recognition setting to 10 minutes.
