I had an Inspire HR and upgraded to a Charge 3. When I do the same exercises I did before the Charge 3 is not tracking the exercises where the Inspire HR did. I chatted with support and have looked through the forums. I have hard reset. Soft reset. Added a new device - twice.
It is frustrating to workout and it’s not counted as exercise when it was before. Yeah I can use the shortcuts but I don’t always remember or something happens that throws it off when it is supposed to automatically track. This is the whole reason I love my Inspire HR. I didn’t have to manually make it do it and manually adding it seems off too because that doesn’t track heartbeat while actually working out. Please help.

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this SmartTrack issue. Since you already opened a case with support, I recommend keeping in touch with them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide you a solution.
