I got the charge 3 fitbit less than a year ago and the strap just snapped and cut from the buckle

Hi, @Shemaye , if your Charge 3 band has snapped, and your Charge 3 is less than a year old, you may be able to get a replacement under warranty. You will need to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com . Waiting times are likely to be longer than usual due to the current worldwide pandemic situation.
Alternatively you can buy a replacement band directly from Fitbit, or many 3rd party bands are also available.
