Charge 3 Stopped Working

I recently got my Charge 3 wet for a short period of time and if no longer works. It was just vibrating nonstop and then it stopped displaying anything. When I try to charge it, it just gets hot and does not display anything. I tried resetting while plugged in and it will not reset. I know the Charge 3 should be waterproof. Please advise.
