I've been having problems with my charge 3 syncing for over a week now. I've tried everything that others have been advised, only for it to sync for about 5 minutes. I saw that the app was having issues but they'd been resolved now. Can you confirm that this is the case?

I appreciate the troubleshooting steps performed. I'd recommend you verify you have the latest update of the Fitbit Firmware and the OS of your mobile device. Then you can unpair your device from bluetooth and then pair it again, check this article.
Also you can try to restart your device by following these instructions.

I've done all that, I have since posted that it syncs when I'm not wearing it, but as soon as I put it on it won't!
