Charge 3 Watch Trouble

My Charge 3 will not swipe from time to exercise. Please do not ask me to follow instructions to reset it by plugging it in and holding the button down 8 seconds. It does not work. One thing I did notice is that the light that flashes on the back side of the watch that makes contact with my wrist is not working. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello @npsutton , I'm assuming your saying that the Charge 3 will sometimes not swipe.

Or are you saying that you can swipe but exercise is not an option to swipe to.

If you can swipe, have you swiped to settings/about and did a restart? If their is a shutdown I would try this.

In short though, we can only suggest a restart or ask to contact Fitbit.

It will not swipe at all and it's no longer tracking any data: no sleep,o heart rate or exercise. It basically tells time and syncs steps into my app.
