My Fitbit charge 3 has grey lines down the screen. I have tried restarting it and changing the clock faces but nothing has worked. It's also not as responsive as usual. When I get calls it usually vibrates but hasn't notified me of anything today. Is this something that can be fixed?

Mine stared having the same problem yesterday after I plugged it in for charging. Already arranged a warranty replacement.
