My Charge 3, received in June 2020 for my birthday, has gone very dim. I have a warranty on it. I did reset it and it did not help.

I have same problem. Started out just an annoyance and now has faded so I can’t see anything on the screen. Very frustrating.

I am having the same issue with mine. I can barely see it now unless I bring it right up to my eye. I tried rebooting it and charging it did not help.

Does anyone know how to make contact with the company for repairs? I tried to start the warranty process but my order number is an Amazon order number. Their site won’t take it. Received my FitBit June 30 for my birthday. It’s extremely dim after 5 months use. The band stopped connecting the first few weeks I had it, but I had and extra band so did not bother with that problem but this issue needs addressing. Thank you!
