Charge 3 White Line on display

7-16-20 I just updated from Charge 2 to Charge 3.  it charges, syncs with my PC but just a white line in the display.  very disappointed.  will return to Amazon if no solution.

I figured it out - I needed to update the software on the fitbit - using my iphone device, which had to be paired up again.  took about 20 minutes and now the display seems right.  swiping works.  I'll wear it a few days and see if this is a final solution.  So happy I kept trying.

 

in iphone open fitbit app, pair up the fitbit, then go into Charge 3 and you will see 'update available'   it took a few tries to get it to finish but it works now.
