Charge 3 accuracy and notifications issues

My Charge 3 never counts floors accurately. I will wake up and already have 30 floors for the day. In the last two weeks the lowest floor count I got was 45 flights and barely got 5,000 steps that day. I basically was on the couch all day long! 

It also only gets notifications randomly. I have my messenger app, phone calls, and text messages set up to vibrate to notifications and maybe 2 or 3 days a week it will actually vibrate. Sometimes when I swipe down on my charge face I see text messages that I received, but I was never notified when I received them. 

This thing is a fluke but I’ve had it too long to get replaced. I would never buy another one!
