I have owned a Charge 2 for many years just bought the Charge 3. I have noticed the calorie burn is so much higher than the Charge 2 by about 10%. The step count is also off. I owned two Charge 2 and they were more accurate.
Today I played golf. Most of the time riding in a golf cart. My Charge 3 was adding steps as I was riding. I checked it non stop to see. I mean like 10,000 steps total during my round of gold in which I was riding in a cart. This is crazy. It also during exercise showing heart rate a lot higher than my Charge 2.
Just not pleased with this product. Anyone else having same problems. I want another Charge 2.

A warm welcome to the Community, @RhondaGayle.
I understand how are you feeling and will be glad to help you out with the accuracy issues you are experiencing.
Fitbit has worked hard to make sure that our devices do not pick up false steps or activity recordings while driving. Unless you're driving in a car with a very stiff transmission or on bumpy roads, your device should not give you any false readings.
Have you tried to select the activity "Golf" from your tracker. If you don't have this activity between your shortcuts, you can add it by following the instructions in the help article: Can I reorder the exercise shortcuts on my Fitbit device?.
Keep in mind that your calories will be measured depending on your daily activity. If you get a lot of steps, your calories will show this. Now about the heart rate, follow the tips provided in this post.
Let me know the outcome.
