Charge 3 active minutes tracking accuracy issue

 I have the Fitbit a charge 3 A few days ago it suddenly started vibrating about every second and the screen was unresponsive. This went on for about 15 minutes and then it stopped. I think this was because the battery was dead after all the vibrating. It started up again after I charged it. Since then for the last 3 days it has been recording ridiculous amounts of mins of exercise. (332 mins today, 602 yesterday and 128 mins the day before) I have not been doing anything very active!!!!! Something is definately not right with it. Please help. I have done the re-sets, wiped it from my phone and re-installed it, and also rebooted the device. This hasn't helped. Thanks for your help
