I walk mostly the same route every morning, same distance same times etc. Some mornings my active minutes are fab but other days it doesn't even register any, it seems every time I take part in the bingo challenge my active minutes are zero every day..something strangely wrong here. Im a premium member by the way as well.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To fix this uncommon situation, I recommend you to restart your Charge 3 and then learn more about how active minutes are recorded with the information that's specified on our help article: What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists.

I called about this last night. Rep took me through troubleshooting techniques. No change. I've been achieving over 20,000 steps each day but  showing "0 active minutes". Hmmmm

This appears to be a persistent problem.and not a one-off problem. I too have a Charge 3, Premium, and none of my active minutes turn into Activity minutes in Bingo.

Hi, I have restarted my fit bit a good few times since my above ongoing issue, but still my active minutes seem to not be registering and its usually when I take part in a bingo challenge with other futbit friends, for instance last week I recorded 127,000 steps and around 156 floors but not one single active minute was recorded..now dont u find that a bit strange ? Everything else is brilliant, deffo an issue here as a few comments are showing the exact same problem guys
