Charge 3 apps won't open?

• Just bought my New fitbit charge 3, following the instructions I should be able to tap an app on my wrist for it to open and show recorded data. Not doing this? Do you think it's not working or have I missed something in the set up?

You can try to perform a swipe up when your Charge 3 is showing the watch face. There, you should see some stats. Hope it helps.

If your Charge 3 isn't opening the apps as described in the article: How do I navigate my Fitbit device's screen?, I'd recommend restarting your tracker by following these steps and then try opening the apps with a quick tap.

Thank you,  I'll give that a go tomorrow although I did try the reset already.  Just a thought though, I just want to check that I should be able to open up the sleep app (for example) to view further data on my wrist? I am able to open the other apps ie weather, don't want to be bothering you about a function that isn't actually available! Thanks,  Sheena.

Hi there @SheenaN, thanks for getting back and for the details you just provided.

If you want to open the tiles from Fitbit Today, this won´t be possible. You can only open apps on your Charge 3 by a quick tap. The tiles from Fitbit Today are the ones you receive by swiping up the screen. I am posting an image below for you to see what are they.

@SheenaN Also, if you see the infamous "Sleep not Tracked" in one of your tiles, it's "perfectly" normal. Most Charge 3 users cannot see their sleep stats on their Charge 3 but only available on the app itself. It is a well know defect. Thanks.
