Charge 3 as useless as Fitbit's Customer Service

I've been using FB for many years but the Charge 3 is my last FB tracker. My Charge 3 has been changing # of steps, HR during exercise is about 40 bpm under my actual heart rate, it does not recognize other activities like cycling or indoor rowing and it's now changing data on its own. 2 days ago, as I was looking at the screen, it changed from 7,000 steps down to 3,000. In the weekly progress email from yesterday it shows 2 different totals in steps for the week, etc. etc.

Customer Service offers zero help. They just repeat whatever is on their preset answer sheet and you are left without any useful information or assistance. FB used to be much better than this but I guess once they became the "standard" tracker they decided to become lazy and uninterested in their products.
