Charge 3 auto sync isn't working

My Charge 3 has never done autosync like my One. Is there a way to set this up? It does sync through the App, but if I don't remember, I don't get credit on my Weekly Stats.

Have you checked if you have a compatible mobile device? If you haven't, I recommend checking the article: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker? and see this.
