The black classic band that was provided with my Charge 3 keeps falling off. Almost lost the Fitbit one time. How can I get a replacement band?

Hi @tjedmo43,

 

You would need to contact Support directly about this (link is at the bottom of the page).  I've had better luck with woven bands, you may want to consider asking for one of those if you can.
