I got the Charge 3 for Christmas because, after years, my charge 2 band kept falling off. I asked for a new band, but was generously given a new Fitbit. Now, after days, my Charge 3 band keeps falling off and it's deeply frustrating. It appears to be a running issue on here, so not sure if I need a replacement band or watch or what? Maybe I need to give up on Charge 3 and go back to Charge 2. I really was hoping the frustration of bands coming apart was over. 😥 Uggghhh...

Hi there @Carlyn, thanks for stopping by. I am sorry to hear that you are going through this situation. I appreciate your feedback for the Fitbit Charge 3.
Please note that our main purpose is to avoid negative experiences to our customers, we're always willing to help and provide troubleshooting steps. So, I'd recommend making sure you are following the steps in the article: How do I change the wristband on my Fitbit device?.
To make sure you've attached the band correctly, please press it into the end of the tracker until you feel it snap into place.
If you have trouble attaching the wristband or if it feels loose, gently move the wristband back and forth to make sure it's attached to the tracker.
Let me know if there's anything else I may do to help you.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

I tried the tactic that you suggested and it worked for one side of my fit bit band, but the other side hasn't snapped in place when I try the wiggle tactic, this is the charge 3 special edition band that I recently got.
