Once again, charge 3 stopped syncing. Been 2 days now. Also stopped tracking sleep.

I had the charge 2 I have an android phone and I was having really bad problems with it not syncing and it saying no device found. I received the Charge 3 for Christmas and it does the same thing. I have to power down my phone, turn off blue tooth then turn it back on etc trying to get it to sync. Sometimes it works so far today it hasn't. This needs to be addressed.

Worst user experience I've had with any product. Decides to sync once every few months. Will never be buying a Fitbit product again. Absolute disgrace
