Like a lot of other people on here over the past few days my Charge 3 is losing charge and I’ve got lines over the screen. I can only think it’s from the latest update. I’ve tried all the tips on the forum but it’s not worked. I wish it hadn’t updated!

Me too. My charge 3 worked just fine until the update. Now the screen is so dim. Customer support is no help what so ever. They refuse to help even though there are tons of customers with the same issue. It is a good way to cheat their customers into buying a new device.
