Charge 3 battery and syncing issues

Has anyone else noticed a sudden deterioration in the battery life of their device? Mine has gone from lasting 3 days to barely managing a day. I also can no longer syncs it with my iPhone. Is it me or is this just very strange that this happens just as Fitbit released the Charge 4? Not a cool move.

I was just coming on here to ask if anyone else was having this issue. And like you stated it started kinda outta no where. Anyone have a fix? Or do they have run lives on them of 2 years for example then crap out so people keep having to buy?

Hello

I am getting no response from FitBit beyond links to the website that I
have found for myself. I cannot be alone in thinking that this is
suspicious because it happened just as they released a new version of the
tracker. I wish they would be honest with us. If the battery only lasts 2
years then tell us.
