When I am trying to charge my fitpit charge 3, I am having a hard time finding the display of the percentage the battery has and when I check it on my phone it shows it decreasing. How do I solve this issue?

I have this very same issue. It will not get past a certain percentage and dies and will not turn back on. It actually rarely turns back on. I even bought new chargers and thought it would work after that but it is definitely not a charger issue it is a device issue...

When you first plug in the Charge 3 you will see a battery % for a second.
If you want to check later, tap the button or disconect/connect to the charger.
As for the app, it will show you the battery status during the last sync..

Thank you for your reply, the problem is - I can't see the battery % at all, not even for a second and it keeps going down:( I just bought a new charger because the other one broke and now it doesn't show at all (it did show sometimes with the other one and it was charging, not anymore:()
It shows sync complete and now it's down to 69%:( on my phone app

Hi Rich,
Actually, I have just tried a new device that I received awhile back when my current one wasn't working and the charger works with it. So the issue was with the device, not the charger. Thanks for your help though.
