My new fitbit charge 2 won't hold a charge, last charge died within nine hours.
I bought it in August .
Notifications are off.
Help, how can I get a replacement?

Hi @CFX, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Thank you for trying to get the battery draining issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Before checking our the warranty and replacement options, I'd like you to try try the tips that are listed in this help article in order to improve the battery life of your Charge 3.
After this, monitor the battery/s behavior and see if the issue gets fixed.
