Please help. I have a charge 3 I'm going on vacation today and my charge 3 battery drain from 100% to 6% overnight. Have had no issues before this. Any ideas thank you. No store anywhere to purchase a new one

😖 ugh don’t ya hate it when things start to fail when your going out of town! Sorry this is happening to you. You can try to do a long Charge 3 restart. Plug the device into the charging cable. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, hold the button down for 15 seconds. Remove your finger from button. Note: Device won't have a smiley face icon and should be off with a black screen. Remove the device from the charging cable. Plug the device into the charging cable again. The smiley face icon appears on the screen. If the problem persist try changing your clock face. I’ve seen that help other individuals as well. I’m hoping these troubleshooting tips help. Fingers crossed 🤞
