I am another one of the hundreds that have posted regarding the charge 3 screen dimming issue. Please don't repost me to the other thread, I've already read it and done those steps.
How can I turn this device in for a partial credit on a new one? There are obviously issues with this device but FitBit has been silent on acknowledging a systemic issue on a watch that I have only had for 2 years.
Part of sustainability is having a plan for the end of life of your products and a consumer friendly product replacement cycle that acknowledges the loyalty of the customer but also keep the device out of the landfill.

Hi @bobmorning you'd need to get with support to see what your options are, but this is something we can't help you with on the community forums. There are no trade-in on these devices. I've asked a Fitbit Moderator to stop by to address this with you.
