My charge 3 loses time within hours of syncing, it happens every day and it is really hard to sync, takes ages to do it.

Hello @Benfel
I would certainly try restarting your Fitbit Charge 3. You will not lose any data performing a restart. Look here to see how it’s properly done: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
😃 Let me know if this answered your question and resolved the problem

Can you please check your time zone settings? Open your Fitbit app, tap your profile picture then scroll down to and tap App Settings. Now tap Time Zone. Is your Time Zone set to automatic? If not please enable it. If it is enabled try disabling it, sync your Fitbit Tracker then enable it again and again sync your tracker. Now tap the back button then tap Location. Is your location set correctly? If not please correct it. Now sync your Fitbit Charge 3 in accept any changes you might have made. Also, on another note…try changing your clock face and see if that helps.
😃 Keep me posted on how is goes
