Charge 3 battery draining immediately

Been having issues with my Charge 3 whereby the battery does not last more than a second. The watch just dies completely within a minute or less after charging it to100%. I have tried to troubleshoot and reboot, etc and nothing seems to work.

I also tried to check if the battery can be replaced but seems like that is not possible.

Hi @GMaharaj,

 

Thank you for all the troubleshooting that you've already done.  The next step is to contact Support via the link at the bottom of the page and ask them to help you administer a Battery Test.  Something is clearly wrong with the battery, and this test will help you diagnose the issue.
