Hi,
Bought my Fitbit Charge 3 last Nov. 11, 2019 through your official store in Lazada, and has enjoyed the device since. However, today, after charging the device with it's original charger, I noticed white lines/blocks on the screen. I've seen the threads re: this and have tried resetting the device multiple times but the screen looks the same.
Hope someone from the Fitbit team can respond. Tried to chat with support team, but it's taking too long.
