I am on my second Charge 3 as my first one developed "dead" lines across the screen. The faulty one was exchanged in December 2019 and the new one was functioning perfectly with the battery lasting over a week, up until last week when the battery suddenly won't last through the morning.
I will charge the unit to 100% and then by 11am the battery will be almost completely flat. I have no notifications coming through to the unit and use it purely as step tracker and heart rate monitor.
Having read some posts on this site, I have restarted and rebooted it a number of times but to no prevail.
What can I do to get this resolved? Please advise.
