This has been going on for almost 6 months! I have been on the phone with a Tech and gone through all of the steps they suggest to no avail. Then the Tech will give you a vague ‘thank you for your patience’ line. Where are they at with this??

It shouldn't be a problem. I sync my Charge 3 with no problems, possibly update your Charge 3?

I would recommend trying a restart as explained in the Fitbit Help aritcles. Check there, and if it doesn't work, feel free to contact me.

I've been having problems for months as well. And I have followed all of the tips. I only get notifications for phone calls or appointments, not for texts.
