Charge 3 screen very dim

I've noticed my screen on my charge 3 is very light, I can barely see anything on it.  The brightness is on normal.  I've switched it before to auto or none. And nothing worked,  help me out. Thanks

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Had mine a week. Can’t read the screen outside tried every setting (dim, auto, normal), restart, hard restart, numerous times but no change. Rep acknowledged the problem and said they were working on a fix but no time frame available. Mines going back as I’m within my free return dates. Very disappointed. 2nd Fitbit and loved my HR until the battery died. Anybody know when a update is coming to fix this?
