This is a replacement from my charge 3 that the screen went out that Fitbit sent me. Initially when I got it I noticed the battery life wasn't as great my old one lasted 5 to 7 days this one lasted 2 to 3 the battery life has continued to dwindle now it stays charged for less than 12 hours off of a full charge. I thoroughly cleaned the charging ports I even bought a new charging cable I've tried plugging it in via USB on my computer as well as our USB connector into the wall to see if different Chargers would help and it has not. All settings are at most battery friendly. How can I resolve this?
