Would it be fair to say that Fitbit are using an inferior Bluetooth on its products as this seems to be a major problem.
I bought my Charge 3 only 7 months ago and after trying everything suggested I cannot sync or pair to my app. My phone can pair with any other Bluetooth device so I believe it is Fitbit inferior Bluetooth technology. Is this a commercial strategy to keep buying new device?

Welcome to the Community, @Desmond176.
I understand how are you feeling and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this syncing issue. If your Charge 3 isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.
Now if the issue is with pairing, you can follow the steps in the article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?.
Let me know the outcome. 🙂
