Charge 3 dim

Is anyone else having issues with their charge 3 numbers being dim?  I can barely read my Fitbit.

Hi @Kjtoth Try restarting it several times and also try a long restart. If that doesnt improve it you will need to contact Suppprt. 

Restart your tracker

CHARGE 3 LONG RESTART
Plug the device into the charging cable. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, hold the button down for 15 seconds. Remove your finger from button. Note: Device won't have a smiley face icon and should be off with a black screen. Remove the device from the charging cable. Plug the device into the charging cable again. The smiley face icon appears on the screen.

Thanks! Done this several times, nothing. Makes all the vibrations, smiley face etc. Still nothing. At this point, I AM VERY FRUSTRATED!!!!

They just keep telling me to hold the button for so many seconds. I’ve asked for a replacement (only 6 months old) and the keep saying it’s a software problem And a new one wouldn’t solve the problem?????? How can that be when the “light” isn’t bright? Oh well.....
