My charge 3 battery suddenly started draining in about 2 hours. Up until 2 days ago it lasted about 6 days. I’ve rebooted it numerous times & updated the firmware. It’s very frustrating

I have gotten no help from the support team. Less than 2 hours ago my watch was at 100%, now it’s at 28%. On top of these problems, the heart rate monitor has gone crazy, claiming my heart rate was 211 during a moderate workout.

They were not able to help me! They basically gave me the same advice as I told them I had already tried multiple days with no luck, and then try this the coming week and not contact you until I had done this for a whole week. Sorry, but wtf? If you are working on a software update and need time, please just tell me to wait a week for the next update. Now you are just wasting my time and not taking me seriously at the same time. Quite annoying to be honest. Nothing has changed. My battery still drains in 2 hours. Same thing happens every time I charge it.

That is sad to hear! This is the first issue I have with my fitbit.
However, a big one which makes it totally useless. Hopefully they manage to
find a solution soon.

Started happening for me 2 days ago. Battery used to last nearly a week now I've had to charge it 5 times in 2 days. The device is basically worthless now. Odd timing too since I just got the "last chance to save on the new charge 4" email and just applied the most recent update. If this isn't fixed pronto I will change brands. (Didnt apple get in trouble for slowing down old devices to get folks to buy a new one?) Seems Fitbit is up to some shenanigans.

I agree. Mine drained in three hours yesterday, now today, it was at 64% after 8 hours. BTW - my previous posts were removed because I didn't follow community guidelines.....Really - saying what was wrong with our Charge 3's? Another reason for me to move on. Hope you see this!
