Charge 3 battery draining rapidly

I'm not sure if it was because of the update. However, after the most recent update my Fitbit Charge 3 does not hold a charge. It used to last up to a week on a single charge, now it can barely last a day.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that the battery on your Charge 3 is draining faster than expected. I appreciate the additional details, I understand your concern and I am glad to assist you. I recommend double checking our charging instructions and trying our tips for preventing battery drain since battery use is affected by various factors and settings.
