I've had my replacement Charge 3 for about 3 months now and its starting to glitch. It's also not staying charged for no more than a 1 day. What seems to be going on with the Charge 3?

Can you please be more specific about the issue you are experiencing with your Charge 3? In the meantime, about the battery, I recommend following the tips provided in the help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?. After following them, test your unit.

Im disappointed to be messaging you again about the same issue i have had months ago. My fitvit charge will not only stay charged but it also haven't been tracking my steps accurately. What is going on?
