After less than 2 years the battery drains in less than a day. I’ve had this issue for months and have tried all the resets and it still doesn’t hold a charge. I’ve even reduced notifications, but isn’t that a selling point of the watch? No matter bc even reducing the notifications didn’t help. Less than 2 years and the watch is useless.

It's great to see you here, @SunsetRunner.
I understand how are you feeling and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this battery issue. If your Charge 3 battery isn't lasting the time it should, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life? and follow the tips provided there. After following them, test your unit.
Let me know how it goes. 🙂

Hi Alejandra, thank you for your reply. I have most of these setting already on the Fitbit. I fully charged it before bed last night and wore it to bed. It went from 100% to 66% overnight.

In an effort to close this up, I was contacted by tech and they asked me to provide a full drain test from 100% to 0 syncing the device 5 to 6 times along the way. The watch lasted a little over 24hours. I purchased the Fitbit Charge 3 as a preorder in October of 2018. I provided this information and was told the 1 year warranty had expired and I would be giving 20% discount toward buying a new one. So this one lasted about a year (maybe a little longer) and already the battery is shot, why would I spend more money on another Fitbit product? I’ll continue to use this and charge it daily, but I’ll never buy another one especially after reading the number of posts from people having the same issue. I appreciate the help I received, they were courteous and quick to respond.
