Charge 3 battery draining

My Charge 3 stopped working Sunday. Just die. I plugged in to charger yesterday. In the charger, it looked like it was on 100% and app confirmed. Took it off the charger and it's dead. Today, I tried a hard reset. I changed the watch face. On the charger, it's not going past 1%.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for troubleshooting this battery issue. If your Charge 3 isn't holding a charge, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life? and follow the tips provided there. After following them, test your unit.

Thanks for this response. Unfortunately, I need a solve to get my device to
charge at all. I've had it properly connected for over an hour and it hasnt
gone past 1%. It does as soon as I take it off the charger. I've followed
the instructions for the hard reset and no success.
