Anyone else stop syncing suddenly on January 2?  After a struggle to get my Charge 3 and Windows 10 computer to communicate about a year ago, everything was running smoothly until last week.  The tracker still works and is charged, but suddenly there is no syncing and following the supplied instructions has not worked to restore the app and restore connection.  Anyone have any other ideas?

Wow. I am experiencing same issue. Last sync was Jan 2. And since then my fitbit stopped syncing and it stopped connecting to bluetooth. Says device not found. And since then i am trying to figure what happened to it. So desperate for it to work but still nothing is happening.
