After recently upgrading to a Charge 3 (along with the wife upgrading to a Versa 2) I discovered that notifications from Microsoft Outlook Mobile are not usable. There are a couple issues:
1) cannot select which accounts to get notifications from (email / calendar) when there is more than one account
2) If email notifications are disabled and only calendar notifications enabled, it still gives email notifications. (not functional if you get a ton of email and need to disable email notifications)
I realize this is most likely due to the fact that Outlook mobile combines email and calendar in the same app but it would require some reprogramming of the Fitbit app and possibly collaboration with Microsoft to get this working.
I have an Android (Pixel 3 XL) running Android 10 but I would assume this is the same for iOS as well.

Hi there @JeffGWpg, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention, unfortunately at this moment, when you enable calendar notifications in the Fitbit app for your Charge 3, only the default Calendar will send notifications to your tracker. I use an iPhone and what I have set on my phone in order to link both my Google Calendar with the Apple Calendar app is the following:
Now that the calendars have synced, I checked if the Apple Calendar contains my appointments and events, if so, I will receive Apple Calendar alerts on my phone, which will transfer to the Charge 3.
To disable your notifications or an specific one, I'd recommend taking a look at the help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

Hi there, thanks for the reply. I see you altered the subject of my topic which has completely changed what was intended. This has nothing to do with Windows phone. This is for Android (and likely iPhone as well). The subject should remain as "Charge 3 not receiving notifications from Microsoft Outlook Mobile"
As far as the calendar goes, whichever calendar app you select as your default should suffice. I was using the BlackBerry calendar on my Charge 2 as the default calendar and it worked fine. I'm not sure if the iOS app is different but with the Android Fitbit app, you can select your default calendar.
That being said, when Outlook is enabled as the default calendar, I *do* see the calendar notifications however, as I mentioned originally, I am also getting all email notifications even though I have disabled email notifications.
As far as feature suggestions, I thought I was posting this in the feature suggestions board?
Thanks
