Charge 3 battery draining

I charged my Charge 3 last night, all I've done since then is sleep with it on and go to work, so average amount of walking in the office. It is now at 5%. Why is it draining so quickly?

If your Charge 3 isn't holding a charge, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life? and follow the tips provided there. After following them, test your unit.
