Battery will go from 100% to nothing in minutes. Charges, says its at 100% then drains again.

@SarahP321 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with your Charge 3 draining its battery quickly. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.
Let me know how it goes.

This did not work. I plug it in and it immediately says 100% charged but I still leave it for a few hours. Within minutes of taking it off of the charger the watch is below 5% then off completely.

I have the same issue with my Charge 3. Also, the heart rate indicator is also not working.

@Joe_V Welcome to the Community.
Let me help you with your Charge 3 not holding a charge and the heart rate sensor not working. For the battery issue please try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.
Regarding the heart rate sensor I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
Let me know how it goes.
