My charge 3 went out this weekend and will not keep a charge. Not sure what is happening to the battery. I charge it and within 10 minutes it's dead again. Is there anything I should do?

Ran into this issue.

Black lines first.
Signalling its on its way out.

Two weeks later Battery discharges in 24 hours.

Tried suggestions.
Nothing worked.

Replaced

Feel like every issues is hours and hours of wasted research.
