My charge 3 has not been fully charging for many months...not more than 50%. And that charge has beeen lasting less and less time. It now will not charge to over 17% and of course drains right away. I can’t even track my sleep at night, which is important to me. Please help.

Hello @stonepottery, welcome to the Community Forums. We apologize for the late response, due to recent events affecting our operations, we're taking longer to respond.
I'm sorry to hear about the battery issues you've been having with your Charge 3. Thanks for the details provided, I'm here to help you.
As per the description of your post, it seems that your Charge 3 has insufficient power source. Where do you charge your tracker? Have you checked if by any chance the USB port or outlet is faulty? If you haven't done so, try a different port. A UL-certified wall charger will also work. Don't use a USB hub. You can find more detailed information in the help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
Once you manage to properly charge your tracker, keep an eye on the battery life to see if it's still draining. If so, follow these recommendations: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...
