I'm having intermittent issues with no know pattern where the screen goes blank. This is not associated with the battery charge level. The watch has to be placed on the charger to reset. This action is also intermittent, and contact pins appear aligned. Sometimes, the unit doesn't charge/change completely. Yesterday, it was fully charged and today, it's showing 35% ... Please, help?

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your tracker for 2-3 hours. Finally, follow the tips included in this help page in order to improve the battery life of your Charge 3.
Monitor your tracker and see if the issues get fixed.
