I bought my charge 3 in January this year, & 5 months later, the battery is only lasting about 5 hrs before it's dead. I've tried the resetting several times but it doesn't help at all.
My Charge 3 takes about 2 hours to charge to 100% and after 3 hours the battery is flat again. Is there anyhing I can do to replace the battery? Or should I do something different from 'Charge battery' instructions. In order to get the battery stronger. I have only the minimum basic activities going at the moment.
