Hi I have got black lines on my screen, I have been through the changing clockface and resets with no joy.
This is the second charge 3 that I have had the problem with, I returned the 1st one and got a replacement, but this time the Argos won’t exchange it.

You could try Fitbit's customer support to see if the manufacturer's warranty will cover it. The warranty runs for 24 months from purchase in the UK (12 months outside Europe). You can contact them via contact.fitbit.com

Let me help you with this. As @SteveH mentioned you can follow the instructions suggested in the post he linked but you already restarted your tracker and I noticed that you don't have any ticket with Support. I have created a ticket for you so our Support team can further assist you via email.
